Welcome to My Practice!
I integrate evidence-based treatments — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness — with culturally sensitive care for Chinese and Asian communities. Therapy is tailored to each person, and creative activities such as art, drawing, and crafting are woven in where they help.
I offer individual and family therapy for children, parents, and select adults, working together toward meaningful change. I believe you most likely already have the inner strengths and resources needed for growth — my role is to support and guide you in discovering your best self.
